Postage and Delivery
Our items are sent via standard post although there are other options available to the customer. Please contact us if you have any special requests. Little Green Dot happily sends items worldwide. We try to keep delivery costs to a minimum and as cost-effective as possible.
Every purchase is sent beautifully wrapped with care with unbleached recycled tissue paper and finished with our eco-friendly card label. All our packaging is eco-friendly and sourced from an Irish supplier when we can. Only recycled plastic or recycled cardboard products are used when sending our toys and gifts. If you have any requests around this, just let us know and we’ll see what we can do.
Refunds and Returns
All the items are made at Little Green Dot with a great deal of thought and care and we aim for a high standard. As each item is handmade individually, it may be slightly different from the shop photos. Every seam may not be dead straight or every leg exactly the same length to the mm. We like to consider this as part of the charm of a handmade product 🙂
However, if you feel that you have genuine cause to complain, please let us know and we will do our very best to make it right. We really hope that every customer will feel satisfied and that they have received proper service with Little Green Dot.
Due to the nature of this business, it is not within our means to offer a refund or exchange on goods for purely ‘change of mind’ reasons (but please let us know and we’ll see what we can do). If an item is faulty, we will of course offer a full exchange and refund but hopefully due to our high quality standards, this will never happen.
